Every single component has to be in the EXACT condition as it was received. Our experts will look at the returned item very closely, to inspect for any substitutions or wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we think it doesn’t meet the Return Policy requirements.
If the above requirements are met:

- Customer pays for shipping the item back to us.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to the item during transit. We advise to add insurance during shipment.
